Since 2020, Mrs. Vandana Kumari has excelled as an Assistant Professor (PartTime) at Patna Law College, Patna University. In addition, she worked as a teacher at Kalinga University in Raipur and taught at Amity University in Patna for a year. 

She is involved in numerous paper presentations, authored various articles which are as follows: – 

1. Publication of an article titled “Role of Media during the Period of Pandemic” in International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews (IJRAAR), P ISSN (2349-5138), Vol. 7 Issue 2nd May 2020. 

2. Publication of article titled “Digitalization of Courts in India: A Critical Appraisal” in International Journal of Legal Science and Innovation (IJLSI), P-ISSN (2581-9453), Vol. 3, Issue 4, 2020, pg. 87-91. 

3. Presented a paper titled ‘’Development of Forensic Science and Criminal Prosecution in India’ in the International Seminar organized by the Kerala Law Academy Law College with CALSAR at KLA campus, Thiruvananthapuram 

4. Presented paper on “Crime against Women in India” in one day International Seminar on “Protection of Child Rights & Law Relating to Women Empowerment” organized by LAW MANTRA, with the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. 

5. Published Chapter ‘Anti-competitive Agreements: A Greater Awareness of Competition Act, 2002’ in the book “Dynamics of corporate and commercial laws”. 

6. Presented a paper titled ‘’Transgender and Right to Employment in India: Opening the doors of opportunities in the International Conference on Transgender Identity and Rights in South Asia” organized by the Research Cell, DME, Noida. 

7. Presented a paper titled “Environment and Human Health: An Interrelation in the 21st Century” at an International Conference organized by the Centre for Excellence in Environment and Forest Laws, ICFAI, Law School, Hyderabad.
